"It's not common in the Hispanic market to come across a proposal like this [...] what they do is so original and different that it should have its own category [...] a complete pleasure for all the senses." This is how Whitebox Music (MX) describes DEAR JOHN AND THE LAB MACHINES, highlighting their distinctive character in the emerging music scene.

This Argentine project, created in 2018 by Juan Sendoya and Marcos Vicente, weaves its own sound and transcends borders by merging Dark Pop, Emo Folk, electronic and orchestral elements.

With four EPs and nine singles to their name, their enigmatic sound captivates listeners in over 60 countries. International media outlets like Culture Fix (UK), Whitebox Music (MX), and GigSoup (US) applaud their uniqueness in addressing uncommon themes in the mainstream: the ghosts of mental health, the mysteries of death, and the experiences of the LGBTQ+ community.
